This is a genuine, de-commissioned “40” mph Road Sign hand-painted in the colours of Rothmans Racing and then aged to show some of the original colours and reflective parts of the original road sign underneath.
It measures approx. 12 inches / 30cm round.
Rothmans International Plc were a British tobacco manufacturer, with brands such as Rothmans, Dunhill and Players. Their logo consisted of blocks of blue and white, separated by red and gold pinstripes.
