This is a genuine, de-commissioned “Diverted Traffic” Road Sign hand-painted in the colours of the Force India 2017 Formula 1 car “VJM10” and then aged to show some of the original colours and reflective parts of the original road sign underneath.
It measures approx. 25.5 × 12 inches / 65 × 30cm.
The VJM10 was driven by Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon and was powered by a Mercedes-AMG F1 EQ Power+V6 Turbo engine. In pre-season testing the car was silver and orange, but was then drastically changed to a pink livery in line with the teams major sponsor BWT, a water treatment company.
Both drivers also used pink helmets for the 2017 season.
